Building Foundations for Sustainability?

The 2008 Balkan Fundraising Conference, organised by the Mozaik Foundation and the Resource Alliance, aims to deliver the best experts and examples from the world of fundraising, both internationally and from the local region.

The workshop will be taking place from 16th – 19th September 2008 including an optional 1-day EC Log Frame development workshop. The venue for the workshop will be the Hotel Hollywood in Ilidza, Sarajevo.

The workshop is intended for all those who wish to learn more about fundraising – anyone from a non-governmental organisation, civil society organisation, foundation, or just someone interested in the field of fundraising will benefit from this workshop.

The EC Log Frame workshop on 16th September has been developed for those interested in learning more about applying for EU grants, while the main workshop programme will feature international speakers as well as expertise from the local region, and participants will have the opportunity to hear about success stories from Croatia, Serbia, Macedonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The comprehensive programme includes workshops, plenaries, panel sessions and more, ranging from FR strategy to Direct Mail. The workshop will also feature plenty of opportunities for group networking for participants, speakers and organisers to share knowledge and success stories in fundraising.

The application deadline for the workshop is 1st September 2008, with Early Bird discounts available if you book before 1st July.
