4-day delegates should aim to arrive before 10am on the Tuesday, and 3-day delegates should arrive before 10am on Wednesday. This will allow enough time to travel from the airport and have lunch at the NH Leeuwenhorst Hotel before the sessions start. It will take between 30 and 50 minutes to arrive from the airport to Noordwijkerhout depending on which hotel you are staying at.
On Friday, coaches depart from the Congress Centre from 14.00 so the ideal return journey would depart at about 17.00. If you are booked to leave much earlier, you may need to take a taxi instead and miss Friday's lunch and possibly the Closing Plenary.
