The IWRM attracts around 350 attendees from over 50 countries.

• Directors and senior managers of Non-Profit Organisations (NPOs), International Non-Governmental Organisations (INGOs), donor agencies, governmental agencies and civil society organisations based in the Global South
• Directors and senior managers of International NGOs/NGOs based in the North with programmes and initiatives in the South
• Individuals and organisations interested in building fundraising capacity and local resource mobilisation and all those working towards an enhancement of North-South cooperation
• Social entrepreneurs, academics, media and opinion leaders
