Hotel accommodation is classified by * rating, as per usual hotel classification and grading. 5* accommodation is the highest level offered, 3* is the lowest.
Conference centre accommodation
(NH Leeuwenhorst Hotel)
Accommodation at the conference centre is only available for delegates who are attending a Masterclass. Demand for the conference centre is always high so please ensure that you register in good time to secure your place.
Some of the rooms at the NH conference centre are smaller, and are offered at a lower price - please check the IFC registration form for further details and costs.
Discounts are also available for two delegates sharing the same room at the Congress Hotel (NH Leeuwenhorst). This is available exclusively for delegates attending Masterclasses - please contact us for more details.
Offsite accommodation
In addition to the conference centre, we offer registration options including accommodation at nearby hotels. All other hotels are located within close proximity of the Congress centre and we operate a daily coach transfer service between hotels and the NH Leeuwenhorst at the beginning and end of each day.
Please note: Accommodation is limited in each of the hotel categories and is allocated on a strictly first-come, first-served basis.
Additional accommodation
If you would like to extend your stay, you can either stay in Amsterdam itself or close to Schiphol Airport and make use of the IFC shuttles at the beginning and end of the conference or extend your stay at the hotel you will be staying in during the conference.
