Venue and location

Each year, the IFC is held at the NH Leeuwenhorst Hotel.

The NH Leeuwenhorst Hotel is a four-star hotel in Noordwijkerhout, close to the popular beach resort of Noordwijk. It is located in the western Netherlands, in the province of South Holland, about 30 minutes from Amsterdam city centre and Amsterdam Schiphol airport.

What's included in the delegate fee?

As part of the delegate fee, we provide accommodation, all meals, entry to all sessions and social events and access to the post-conference delegate archive. A complimentary shuttle bus operates between the airport and Congress Centre at the start and end of the conference.

Coach transfers

On Tuesday 16 and Wednesday 17 October 2012, coaches will be leaving Schiphol Airport approximately every half an hour between 09.00am and 12.30pm and going to the conference centre.

On Friday 19 October 2012 coaches will be leaving the conference centre at 11.30am, 12.45pm, 13.30pm and 14.00pm going to Schiphol Airport.

Hotel facilities

Free Wi-Fi is available on-site in the hotel lobby. You can go for a cycle ride or a nice walk in the forest. To help delegates unwind at the end of a busy day, the complex is equipped with a fitness centre, swimming pool, sauna, solarium and relaxing beauty treatments. Guests will also have access to tennis courts, racquetball, bowling lanes, table tennis and billiards.

The bars are the perfect place to mingle with your peers. The hotel has two main bars, a garden lounge and bowling facilities in the sports’ bar. There is free car parking for up to 600 cars.
