General: Registrations will not be processed unless accompanied with correct payment. Accommodation and Masterclass sessions will be allocated on a strictly first-come-first-served basis and will not be allocated until full payment has been received. 

Cancellation policy: Cancellations received before 10 May 2012 are subject to a charge of £25. No refunds will be made, either in part or full, for cancellations received after this date and no refund will be given in the event of non-attendance. The Resource Alliance cannot guarantee that refunds will be given for accommodation cancelled after this date. If required, the registered delegate can swap their place with a colleague (ie name change) free of charge.

Correction: Whilst the programme is correct at the time of publication, the Resource Alliance reserves the right to amend the programme at any time.

Credit card payments: All credit card payments are made in £ sterling. Exchange rates will be applied on the day of transaction, not the day you make your booking.

Group discount: To qualify for the £15 group registration discount, all registrations must be received at the same time, together with full payment. This discount is available for groups of 10 or more people from the same organisation.

Photography: You may be photographed at the event and your image used on brochures and the website. Should you not wish to have your image used, please contact the IWRM team.

Visas: It is the delegate’s own responsibility to apply for and secure a visa for entry into Malaysia, if required. The Resource Alliance are happy to assist you with your application, however all requests for assistance must be made at least six weeks prior to the Workshop.

Force majeure: The Resource Alliance shall not be liable for any disruption either to the Workshop or attendees' travel arrangements due to force majeure events and no refunds will be made, either in part or full, for cancellations due to such circumstances. Circumstances amounting to force majeure include any event which could not be foreseen or forestalled, not even with all due care, including, but not limited to, war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, acts of God, adverse weather conditions, volcanic ash clouds and all similar events.

Masterclass: Masterclasses are allocated on a strictly first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to cancel your place in your chosen Masterclass if payment is not received on time. No changes to Masterclass registrations can be made once the conference has started.
