Sponsorship packages  

We offer various levels of sponsorship, including set sponsorship packages in the form of our platinum, gold, silver and bronze packages.

Platinum sponsorship

Gold sponsorship - £8,000 

• One promotional leaflet included in the delegate bags
• Recognition during Workshop Plenaries and social events
• Your organisation’s logo and hyperlink in the sponsor’s section of the IWRM website
• Your organisations’ logo in a prime position on the delegate programme, distributed to several hundred non-profit professionals (deadline: 17 February 2012)
• Your organisation’s logo, 200 word description and contact details on the sponsor page in the delegate programme, received by every delegate at the IWRM
• Two delegate passes to the Workshop, including three nights’ accommodation, meals and social functions at the conference hotel
• One full page advert in the delegate programme
• A list of the IWRM delegates and their contact details, supplied after the conference for one time use only (subject to delegate opt-in).

Silver sponsorship - £5,000 

• One promotional leaflet included in the delegate bags
• Recognition during Workshop Plenaries and social events
• Your organisation’s logo and hyperlink in the sponsor’s section of the IWRM website
• Your organisations’ logo in a prime position on the delegate programme, distributed to several hundred non-profit professionals (deadline: 17 February 2012)
• Your organisation’s logo, 50 word description and contact details on the sponsor page in the delegate programme, received by every delegate at the IWRM
• One delegate pass to the Workshop, including three nights’ accommodation, meals and social functions at the conference hotel.

Additional sponsorship opportunities

In addition to the headline packages we also offer superb targeted opportunities to sponsor social functions, networking areas, individual items and advertising opportunities. The individual items below can be incorporated into sponsorship packages in negotiation with the Resource Alliance. All opportunities below are exclusive.

Social functions

Gala Night - £2,500
The Gala Night is where all delegates come together for an evening of fun, relaxation and networking. This is your chance to have your logo and branding displayed throughout the evening, where a high turn-out is assured, providing maximum exposure for you as a sponsor! 

Tea and coffee breaks - £2,500
Attendees often network during session breaks so the exclusive sponsor of the tea and coffee breaks will be noticed and make an impact upon attendees. Your company’s logo and branding will be displayed at the service point and one item of your promotional materials can be placed on all coffee tables.

Individual items 

Badges and lanyards - £2,000
We offer a golden opportunity for prospective sponsors to get their logo in front of every delegate, by appearing on all badges and lanyards worn by all delegates, speakers, volunteers and staff members. Your logo and brand will be seen by everyone at the Workshop!

Delegate bag - £2,000
Every single delegate receives a delegate bag which they use throughout the Workshop and even after the event too. This is your opportunity get your two colour logo on every delegate bag, along with one promotional leaflet in the bag - ensuring great brand exposure throughout the Workshop!  

Delegate note pads - £2,000
We offer the excellent opportunity for your logo to be seen by all delegates throughout the year by featuring on our delegate note pads. Your logo will receive sponsored by recognition and sit beside the Resource Alliance logo on our delegate pads, receiving not just exposure at the Workshop, but throughout the year. 

Delegate programme advert - £500
The delegate programme acts as a ‘delegate companion’ throughout the Workshop and where they turn for all the information they need about the IWRM Asia 2012, such as the programme, speaker information and social activities. Promote your organisation and catch the delegates’ attention with a full-page advert in the delegate programme.

Grant support

We are also actively seeking grant support from INGOs.

Seeking grant to support members or individuals from developing countries

If you are a trust/foundation or an international organisation and would like to support any organisation from a developing country to attend the IWRM Asia 2012, you can provide us with a grant (minimum of £1,000). This is a flexible package and you can support a number of delgates from small local NGOs  to attend the IWRM 2012 (minimum of £1,000).
