Technical requirements
Given a high-speed internet connection, most computers will be configured to run the virtual event. Here are the minimum system requirements you will need.
Browser
To be able to access everything the virtual event has to offer, it is important that you have the latest browsers installed. Upgrading your browser is free and we recommend you do so prior to logging in.
- To download and install Internet Explorer 7.0+ for PC:

Flash (Player 10 or later)
If the system check has identified that you do not have Flash installed or need an updated version, follow the link below your browser and download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player get.adobe.com
Screen resolutions
Expos2's Virtual Events are best viewed with a Screen Resolution of 1024x768+ pixels.
Should your screen resolution be smaller than recommended, you may have to use scroll bars to see sections of the interface.
How to change the screen resolution on a PC
- Click on the Start button and go to Control Panel
- Select Display from the Control Panel
- Select Settings tab
- Adjust the Screen Resolution slider to 1024x768+
- Click Apply, then OK
How to change the screen resolution on a MAC
- Go to System preferences on the Apple Menu
- Click on Displays
- Select the Display tab
- Select 1024x768 for Resolutions.
- For best results, please select the highest resolution supported by your system.
Please keep in mind that Flash is only needed for video chatting and the green screen welcome video.
