Cancellation policy

Cancellations received before 3 May 2012 are subject to an administrative charge of GBP£35. No refunds will be made, either in part or full for cancellations received after 3 May 2012.

Correction

Whilst the programme is correct at the time of publication, the Resource Alliance reserves the right to amend the programme at any time.

Discounts

All discounts should be claimed at the time of booking. Any discounts not claimed at the time of booking will not be credited or refunded.

Expo

Entering into an exhibitor's booth, you consent to sharing your email address with them.

Payment

Registrations will not be confirmed until correct payment is received and all invoices must be settled within 14 days of issue. All credit card payments are made in US$. Exchange rates will be applied on the day of transaction.
