Terms and conditions
General
Registrations will not be confirmed until correct payment is received.
Discounts
All discounts should be claimed at the time of booking. Any discounts not claimed at the time of booking will not be credited or refunded.
Early bird Discount
The early bird discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts and promotions except for the Group Discount.
Credit card payments
All credit card payments are made in Pounds Sterling. Exchange rates will be applied on the day of transaction.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations received before 17 August 2012 are subject to a charge of £100. No refunds will be made, either in part or full for cancellations received after 17 August 2012.
Force majeure
The Resource Alliance shall not be liable for any disruption either to the Congress or attendees' travel arrangements due to force majeure events and no refunds will be made, either in part or full, for cancellations due to such circumstances. Circumstances amounting to force majeure include any event which could not be foreseen or forestalled, not even with all due care, including, but not limited to, war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, acts of God, adverse weather conditions, volcanic ash clouds and all similar events.
Correction
Whilst the programme is correct at the time of publication, The Resource Alliance reserves the right to amend the programme at any time.
Photography and filming
You may be photographed or filmed at the event and your image used in brochures, emails, films and on the IFC website. Should you not wish to have your image used, please contact the IFC team.
Visas
It is the delegate's own responsibility to apply for and secure a visa for entry into the Netherlands. The Resource Alliance are happy to assist you with your application, however, all requests for assistance must be made at least 6 weeks prior to the Congress.
Accommodation
Accommodation for this conference has been arranged by The Resource Alliance acting as agents for the hotels and accommodation costs for the event are incorporated in conference fees (where an option including accommodation is selected). Accommodation will be allocated on a strictly first-come, first-served basis. In the event of a registration/accommodation cancellation, The Resource Alliance cannot guarantee that refunds will be given for accommodation cancelled after 17 August 2012. We reserve the right to cancel your chosen hotel accommodation if payment is not received on time.
Masterclass
Masterclasses are allocated on a strictly first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to cancel your place in your chosen Masterclass if payment is not received on time. No changes to Masterclass registrations can be made once the conference has started.
