AP Region members participate in professional fundraising workshop

‘I would like to express my thanks to your excellent workshop in order to develop fundraisers in Asia. Though there are many NGOs/NPOs in Thailand, but we have very limited opportunities to meet each other and exchange techniques and know-hows for doing fundraising. The IWRM Asia 2011 gave us that opportunity. We can learn from the experts who can guide us many interesting and practical fundraising methods as well as exchange our experiences with one another. I'm hoping that the Resource Alliance will support us through more of this kind of workshop or conference in Asia.’

'As a young person who has worked in the development sector for the past six years in South Africa, the ninth International Resource Mobilisation Workshop provided me with an opportunity to enhance existing skills and formulate relationships with other global organizations.
