Volunteering
The Resource Alliance relies on volunteers for a number of our core activities. All of the speakers who teach at our conferences contribute their time for free.
Volunteers play a critical role in helping to promote our conferences, while others assist on-site and help the Resource Alliance team in the day-to-day management of the events.
We draw on a wide network of volunteers for advice and guidance, for example technical advice or programme related guidance. Our international staff work with local advisors and are often supported by local office volunteers.
From time to time we organise activities in the UK - such as seminars or educational tours - where experienced fundraisers are asked to share their knowledge with aspiring fundraisers from the developing world.
