New to the International Fundraising Congress (IFC) programme this year are sessions offering brand new perspectives from outside the fundraising sector. These sessions will allow you to learn from leading experts in areas such as those from the commercial sector.

Two of our experts include renowned strategist, presenter and thinker,
Martin Paul from More Strategic (Australia), and customer loyalty marketing guru, Louise Brockbank from Vivid Wireless (Australia).

Martin and Louise will be speaking and sharing some insights from the commercial world at two sessions at the IFC this year.

Their workshop - Why do people stop giving? will look at the real reasons regular givers cancel and why first-time donors don't give again. They will also present learning's from interviews with loyalty marketing experts from the commercial sector, such as IKEA and Lego and their views on what charities should be doing.

Their Masterclass - Not-for-profit marketing and new product development will enable you to create a marketing plan for your not-for-profit, integrate your fundraising, marketing and service delivery, and unite the organisation behind your marketing strategy.
