Resource Alliance relies on volunteers for a number of our core activities. All of the speakers who teach at the International Fundraising Congress and at our workshops contribute their time for free. Volunteers also play a critical role in helping to promote our events while others assist on site in the day to day management of the workshops.
We draw on a wide network of volunteers for advice and guidance, for example technical marketing advice or programme related guidance. Our international staff work with local advisors and are often supported by local office volunteers.
From time to time we organise activities in the UK - such as a seminar or educational tour - where experienced fundraisers are asked to share their knowledge with aspiring fundraisers from the developing world.
