HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
THE MASTERCLASS PROGRAMME
Masterclasses at IFC are intensive, small group sessions led by sector experts and held across the first two days of the event. Masterclasses are an optional add-on to your IFC experience and take place exclusively in person at the NH Conference Centre in Noordwijk.
THE STANDARD PROGRAMME
The standard programme takes place 21-23 October and does not include a masterclass. Standard programme delegates are accommodated off-site.
EMERGING LEADERS
As part of our commitment to equitable access, individuals who are under the age of 30 at the time of the event or those working for charities, NGOs, foundations, and social impact, grassroots, or community organisations with an annual turnover of less than GBP £500,000 are eligible to attend IFC 2026 at cost. This programme includes accommodation as standard.

The International Fundraising Congress uses a tiered pricing model to ensure we keep the event accessible and sustainable. Your ticket price will reflect the annual turnover of the organisation you work for and your organisation type, with cost-price access available for individuals who meet certain criteria.

IFC 2026 takes place 20-23 October. The masterclass programme starts on 20 October, with the standard and online programmes commencing 21 October.
The in-person event is hosted at the NH Noordwijk Conference Centre Leeuwenhorst in the Netherlands. The venue is approximately 45 minutes from Amsterdam City Centre and Amsterdam Airport Schiphol.

Yes! To support equitable access to IFC, we provide a limited number of cost-price tickets for eligible individuals via our Emerging Leader Programme.
Everything but the kitchen sink!
- For tickets that include accommodation, your hotel stay is covered for the duration of your selected programme (three nights for masterclass delegates, two nights for standard programme delegates)
- All of your meals for the duration of the event, plus teas and coffees
- Entertainment including gala night, networking events, and drinks receptionswellbeing opportunities
- Access to the full conference programme including masterclasses (for registered masterclass delegates), workshops, Innovation Hub sessions, the Big Debate, open discussions, and keynotes

Yes! We provide free shuttle coach transfers between Amsterdam Airport Schiphol and the NH Noordwijk Conference Centre Leeuwenhorst. Delegates who plan to arrive outside the scheduled shuttle coach times will be responsible for their own transfers and any associated costs.
Regular shuttle coach transfers are also provided between the event venue and our off-site hotels.
