Mariana’s work and impact focuses on building relationships towards a thriving nonprofit sector and a balanced relationship between nature and humankind.
With over 20 years of experience spanning diverse backgrounds, including the corporate sector, her professional practice encompasses fundraising, developing partnerships, and organisational development in Brazil, as well as globally.
Since 2014, Mariana has dedicated herself to the nonprofit sector. Having worked at Greenpeace Brazil, Greenpeace International, and ISA – Instituto Socioambiental, Mariana developed two fundraising areas, creating each from scratch and increasing their strategic impact. In 2023, Mariana moved to the Netherlands with her family to join Greenpeace International as their Global Capital Campaign Director, where she is raising EUR 100 million to put hope into action.
