The Power of Peer-to-Peer Fundraising: Discovering the potential of your community’s networks to raise significant funds on your behalf

New to the world of peer-to-peer fundraising? Then you’ve come to the right place.

In this exciting session, you’ll learn how peer-to-peer fundraising brings out the best in people…and why no other fundraising method creates connection, community growth and revenue quite like it!

We’ll feature the case of Toon, the Thai rockstar, who last November ran for 55 days and over 2000 km across the country to inspire people to join him in raising money for 11 local hospitals. He far exceeded his goal by bringing in approximately 1.1 billion THB (about 33 million USD).

During this session we’ll explain what it takes to get people who care about your cause to fundraise on your behalf…and by doing so, helping you significantly expand your network, your reach and your revenue! We’ll help you understand what tools and support you’ll need to provide to these fundraisers so they feel inspired and empowered ask their friends & family (or their “peers”) to make donations to your organisation.

We’ll dive into the different types of peer-to-peer fundraising and explain the pros and cons of each…and then help you determine which
type is best to try at your organisation.
