14 NGOs collaborated in 2020 to crowdsource more than 230 innovative solutions for private sector fundraising. Open innovation challenges sounds exciting, but what does that look like in reality? And what does it take to make it happen? During this session, we will share case studies, resources, and transferrable lessons learned from similar crowdsourcing initiatives in the sector, and reveal our top five tips for running them yourselves.
