We readily share and celebrate successes, but could our greatest learnings come from sharing our failures? Analysing failure can tell us exactly what isn’t working, why it’s not working, and what we can do differently in the future. It also keeps us humble, agile, and rooted in a growth mindset.
During this session, our speakers will share the biggest mistakes they made in setting up and driving the fundraising innovation programme for UNICEF, as well as all the things they wish they had known. They will also seek the advice of participants because – through experience – they know that collaboration and knowledge-sharing are key to moving forward.
