Leveraging ecosystems and designing for social sector innovation and co-funding: A strategic boot camp to accelerate impact and systems change

This is a highly interactive boot camp designed for practitioners, thought leaders and connectors in the social impact sector to learn and exchange the latest cutting-edge tools, trends, opportunities and failures. Participants will walk away with a sharpened perspective and strategic action plan for how to leverage their work and innovation ecosystems for systems change that accelerates impact and co-funding. This session will include a high-level overview of the latest regional and global trajectories, a moderated panel discussion with regional leaders, and a guided workshop to cross pollinate, scale and design leverage opportunities. Participants will also engage in deep idea and social capital networking, problem solving through pop-up consulting sessions, and provocative dialogue. The day will close with a space to convert ideas into reality as a collective.
