Our opening keynote session today comes from two members of the RNLI team (Royal National Lifeboat Institution) – Jayne George, Director of Fundraising, Marketing and Media and Rory Stamp, Strategic Content Manager. Together they will share the incredible story of their organisation’s journey through the pandemic and the tools, tactics and strategic models they employed to become true agents of change, rather than victims, during a time of acute crisis.
