A lot of charities have AI preparation currently sat in a box marked “important, but later.” This session will explore why charities should start preparing for AI now and how the approach needs to be very different to digital transformation.
The goal of the session is to give you a clear plan for how to get yourself and your organisation ready for AI. You will look at the potential applications of AI for charities, both now and in the future, and find out what an AI-ready charity looks like.
Drawing lessons from our sector’s challenges with digital transformation, the session will outline a four-step plan for AI preparation, as well as go over some tips for how you can get the most out of today’s AI tools in your own work.
