A unconference session on IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access)
Ask your questions and submit issues you’re having related to IDEA in the fundraising sector! Facilitated under the unconference framework of OST (Open Space Technology), IDEA-related strategies will be explored with the session focusing on earnest discussion and problem-solving in breakout groups. By discussing real issues in small groups and in a safe space, participants will cultivate empathy and become leaders and problem-solvers rather than passive receivers.
The outcome of the session will include a short video produced for each topic discussed so that we can document our actions and develop next steps to be taken within our own organisations.
