Social intrapreneurs: The internal agents advancing meaningful change
About this session
In this session, Gib Bulloch and Maggie De Pree explore the concept of intrapreneurship and its relevance to the charitable sector. Over the past decade, Maggie and Gib have pioneered the field of social intrapreneurship, working with employees at all organisational levels to show them the power they have to drive impact from within. They explore the role of intrapreneurs across sectors, offer a view on where the intrapreneurship movement is today, and invite nonprofit fundraisers and change agents to think expansively about their own role as intrapreneurs.
This session is CFRE-accredited. Attendance at the session, in conjunction with the speaker Q&A that follows, is worth one point.
