The Great Fundraising Project

Secrets from the new book, “Great Fundraising Organizations”.

The Great Fundraising Project, conceptualised by Revoltionise International, is culmination of 12 years of work, multiple rounds of academic research, and hundreds of case studies from charities all over the world. Enormous levels of growth have been studied, and much more driven by those who have applied the principles of the project.

The book documenting the project, Great Fundraising Organizations by Alan Clayton, was published this year, with a focus on understanding the behaviours, strategies, and cultures that separate the great fundraising organisations from the rest and make this growth possible.

Based on extensive evidence, and some of the most memorable and world-changing international case studies, this workshop will show you how you can achieve the greatest breakthrough possible. One that can radically change your organisation’s trajectory—and your ability to grow income and impact. You’ll leave the session with an understanding of how to install the building blocks of great fundraising at your organisation, inspired by examples of how your peers have already done it around the world.

Learning outcomes:

  • Understand the three key leadership decisions great fundraising boards and senior leadership teams make to unlock massive growth.
  • Explore the cultural paradigm that holds organisations back and find out how to solve it.
  • Discover the precise moment that launches that surge of growth—and learn how to create it.
