Uniting teams with agile ways of working

Doing better work together

In order to achieve our missions, we need the teams inside our organisations to collaborate. But collaboration takes effort and can involve challenging conversations and ruthless prioritisation. How do we do it well?

Agile ways of working were developed by software developers to enable them to collaborate quickly. They give us a set of principles to follow to drive internal collaboration. At the heart of agile ways of working are small, cross-functional teams who are empowered to deliver work together. They experiment their way forward, focused on delivering value for their user. Nowadays, these principles are being used by charities the world over as a playbook to bring together their staff, uniting them for maximum impact.

You will leave this workshop with a better understanding of what agile is and with practical examples and agile tools to unite your teams to and work better together.

Who is it for?

People who lead or manage teams, project managers, people who get things done by bringing others together internally, and anyone who manages lots of stakeholders.
