We're hiring! Interim Head/Director of Development

Our Director of Development is going on maternity leave and we’re looking for an experienced development professional to provide cover for our development function during this exciting time.

The role is broad, spanning corporate partnerships, foundations and trusts, business development, and income diversification. Major priorities will include maintaining and developing existing relationships and ensuring current partnerships and funded projects are delivered successfully while continuing to build the pipeline of future opportunities. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and colleagues in programme, communications, and marketing, managing existing relationships, progressing warm prospects, identifying and cultivating new opportunities, and helping to ensure funders and partners have a positive experience working with the Resource Alliance.

The level of appointment will depend on the experience of our chosen candidate. We are open to appointing at either head or director level, with the final job description and level of strategic responsibility adjusted accordingly.
