Digitally-focused and delivered online, Fundraising Online: #FRO2026 is the one-day event for fundraisers and campaigners built core digital fundraising skills, explored emerging mobilisation models, and made sense of what’s changing – from digital engagement and AI to new financing approaches and local solutions.

Answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.
Yes! Thanks to the support of our partners Microsoft and Salesforce, we have been able to cover our costs to run the event and can now offer it free of charge.
Once you’ve registered, you will receive email instructions including a link to join. You will receive a confirmation email as well as reminder emails, depending on when you signed up for the event.
Can’t find your email? Search for emails from noreply-zoomevents@zoom.us and check your junk/spam folder just in case.
No problem, your ticket can be resent to you.
Navigate to the registration page. Underneath the registration buttons, you will see: “Registered with email but lost the ticket? Resend guest ticket“. Click or tap on “Resend guest ticket” and follow the instructions to have it sent to you again.
It can take a few minutes for your one-time passcode from Zoom to arrive, so please be patient and make sure to check your junk/spam folder. After a few minutes, if you still haven’t received your code, you can click or tap the link to have it resent to you.

Of course! You can join at any time. Just sign up for the event and you will be sent a link to join.
Yes! You can join any session at any time. After registration, follow the link in your inbox to join the event and navigate to your chosen session.
Session tracks can be found by navigating to the individual session via the Sessions tab at the top of the event lobby page. Sessions can also be filtered by track by using the Filter button.
Click or tap on the banner to the far right of the Sessions tab to create your personalised event itinerary. You can access your itinerary via the third tab at the top of the event lobby page.
#FRO2026 will be presented in English, but translated captions will be available live for the following 35 languages:

Click or tap the Show Captions button (which looks like two Cs) during the session. Captions will appear above the controls toolbar. By default, captions are generated in English first, which is the language our speakers will present in.
To translate live captions into your preferred language:
- Click or tap the up caret (which looks like this ^) next to the Show Captions button.
- Under Captions and Translation,
- select enable translation, then select the language you want the captions translated to, or
- select my caption language to see more available languages.
Most of the sessions will be recorded and made available after the event; however, some may not be recorded due to the sensitive nature of the content. Recorded sessions can be accessed after the event via the Resource Alliance Global Community platform. It’s completely free!
Access to slides is agreed on an individual basis with our speakers and some may not be available due to sensitivities or proprietary content. Available slides will be uploaded to the Resource Alliance Global Community platform.
Yes! You can connect with other delegates by using the Networking tab on the event lobby page. You can stay connected and continue the conversation post-event via the Resource Alliance Global Community platform.
You can use the Q&A box to submit your questions for our speakers during each session. You can also upvote other people’s questions if they resonate with you. Our speakers will answer as many questions as possible, but questions with a lot of upvotes are more likely to be put to our speakers live
